Wood, marble & fabric
Using multiple trapeziums to manipulate perspective, Rania creates sculptures that are characterised by landscapes of movement & constant transitions.

The inductive units that Rania uses extends the tradition of relief sculpture. The materials are “extended” pictorial surfaces which are given their final visual impression through the stretched fabric overlay.

The calm energy that is obtained has a reference to the Fontana cuts; her work is a comment on the hidden violence of the image.
