Coordinating and commissioning artists involves guided fabrication and studio coordination. Artelier works closely with artists to ensure deadlines are met and schedules adhered to, resulting in flawless execution and artistic excellence.

Artelier offers design and tech consultations to artists and client, advising on-site preparation, specifications, and identifying potential artwork challenges. Our curation team can revise renders and technical drawings for optimal results.

4. Loans

Artelier is adept in working with prestigious museums, galleries and artists to organise and plan artwork loans; this includes administrative support and liaising with multiple stakeholders.

6. Steady & Secure: Installation

From digital installations to artisanal sculptures, Artelier collaborates with project teams and contractors to facilitate a flawless installation process for artworks.

 

We oversee the handling, placement, and arrangement of final artwork, adhering to given project specifications and timelines.

7. Backstage Mastery: Operations


Behind the scenes, Artelier guarantees the creation of thorough operation and maintenance manuals led by a qualified operator. Committed to precision, this includes documentation for spares and crisis management.

 

On-site, a team member conducts tours with senior management specialising in health and safety, operations, installation, cleaning, and production to preempt any troubleshooting challenges. Expert training is always given to art handlers and ushers.

8. Bridging Cultures: Artist Relationships

At Artelier, our utmost priority is creating comfortable environments and nurturing meaningful relationships between artists and clients. We deeply respect cultural considerations, handling everything from time zones to language barriers with ease.

 

As cultural intermediaries, we assist with administrative requests, transport, and itinerary planning. Our team is on-site to ensure a warm experience and extended welcome to artists like Conrad Shawcross, Mariko Mori, and Monira Al Qadiri during shows and opening nights.
